A chilling classic will kick off movies at the Princess Theatre in October with a special showing of Silence of the Lambs at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 5th.
Get ready for a little “quid pro quo Clarice” as a young F.B.I. cadet must share her own story to get help from a cannibal killer in order to catch another serial killer who skins his victims. Please note this film is rated R.
Ghostbusters, Oct. 12
Who ya gonna call? Ghostbusters! It’s the modern remake of this 1980s favorite featuring a team of women who are ready to face down demons, ghosts and ghouls in Manhattan. The movie will start at 7 p.m.
Casper, Oct. 16
Get the kids excited for Halloween with Casper the friendly ghost! It’s the story of an afterlife therapist, his daughter and a young ghost they encounter when they move in to an old mansion.
This PG-rated film will be showing on Sunday, Oct. 16th, at 2 p.m.
Practical Magic, Oct. 19
Sisters. Witches. Eccentric aunts. A curse. Lost love. What more could you want in a Halloween movie? Don’t miss this special screening of Practical Magic at the Princess Theatre on Wednesday, Oct. 19th, at 7 p.m.
Hocus Pocus, Oct. 22
Are you ready for the Sanders sisters? It’s a spooky movie the whole family can enjoy! Don’t miss Hocus Pocus showing at the Princess Theatre on Saturday, Oct. 22nd, at either 2 p.m. or 7 p.m.
Nightmare Before Christmas, Oct. 23
When you live in Halloween Town but you want a bit of Christmas, what do you do? Find out what’s up Jack Skellington’s sleeve when you and the family watch the Nightmare Before Christmas on Sunday, Oct. 23rd, at 2 p.m.
The Shining, Oct. 26
When an aspiring writer and his family move to an isolated historic hotel during the off-season, what could go wrong? Plenty! Make plans to watch The Shining on Wednesday, Oct. 26th, at 7 p.m.
Halloween (The Original), Oct. 28
Does the original Michael Myers even need an introduction? Get ready to scream in terror after he escapes from a mental hospital 15 years after murdering his sister on Halloween night. He returns to his small hometown of Haddonfield, Illinois, to kill again.

Rocky Horror Picture Show, Oct. 29
Depending on how much you love this cult-classic, there are two options. The 2 p.m. matinee features no props while the 7 p.m. will offer Princess Theatre prop bags only to join in the antics of the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Beetlejuice 2022, Oct. 30
Find your Halloween spirit the day before with a 2 p.m. screening of Beetlejuice! Maybe you’ll think twice about saying that name three times after seeing the lengths Beetlejuice will go to drive out an annoying family that moved into a deceased couple’s dream home.
